Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) About Fixed Fees for One-Off Immigration Services
What is a fixed fee for UK visa and immigration matters?
A fixed fee arrangement for UK visa and immigration matters is an alternative to the standard hourly rate charged by immigration solicitors. With a fixed fee, you pay a set amount for each stage of legal work, providing certainty of legal costs regardless of the time spent on the case. This approach allows you to budget effectively for your immigration lawyer’s fees.
Our fixed fee covers all work by our immigration solicitors until we receive a written decision for the instructed stage of your immigration matter. Please note, this fee does not include third-party charges such as Home Office UKVI fees, court fees for appeals or Judicial Review, or Barrister’s fees related to appeals or Judicial Review.
Can I pay the fixed fee for my UK visa and immigration matter in installments?
Yes, our fixed-fee immigration solicitors offer flexible payment options. You can pay the agreed fixed fee in two instalments: half at the initial instruction stage when we begin working on your case, and the remaining half when your UK visa and immigration application is fully prepared and ready for submission to the Home Office UKVI.
