Disbursements
The fixed fee quoted pertains exclusively to the services provided by Aden & Co Solicitors and does not include disbursements.
Disbursements are additional costs associated with your case that are payable to third parties. These may include court fees, counsel fees, Home Office fees, the immigration health surcharge, expert fees, interpreter costs, or translation charges. We will manage these payments on your behalf to ensure a seamless process.

- Interpreter Fees: Interpreter costs can vary widely depending on your needs. Some clients may only require a few hours of interpretation, while others might need 10-15 hours. You may bring a friend or community figure to assist, or we can help you find a suitable interpreter.
Please be aware that most disbursements, excluding Court and Home Office fees, are subject to VAT at a rate of 20%.
Estimated Timeline for Application Processing
The timeline for receiving a final decision from the Home Office, Court, or Tribunal is challenging to predict as it depends on various factors involved in the application process. In straightforward cases, it typically takes 3-6 months for the Home Office to reach a decision.
However, we cannot guarantee the processing time for your application. You can view current processing times here.
Once you provide all the necessary information and documentation, we usually submit your application within two weeks of your instruction. If we anticipate any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Important Notice
The fixed fee ranges provided are estimates. Each application is unique, and we can offer a more accurate estimate once we have a comprehensive understanding of your specific case.
