How to Use Our One-Off Service for Super Priority Service?
Step 1: You should email us the form link and password for your fully completed application form to our email address to amir@aden&*
Step 2: If we find that Super Priority Service is possible for your completed application form, we will email you the Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) and our Client Care Letter which will confirm in writing that we will submit your application through Super Priority Service within 48 hours of you making payment to us otherwise your fees will be refunded in full, without any deductions. You can e-sign the service agreement after you have fully reviewed the same and you are happy with all the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Step 3: After you have reviewed and e-signed the Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) and our Client Care Letter, we will email you our business account details for online payment of our fee of £250 + VAT (£300 including VAT) and the UKVI fee for the application submission through Super Priority Service. You will pay the application fee and our fee into Business Account of Aden & Co Solicitors using the account details we email you.
Step 4: We will have a zoom meeting with you to review your completed application form by sharing our screen with you during the zoom meeting and making changes to the application form, as necessary.
Step 5: Within 48 hours of payment of our fee and the UKVI fee for the application, we will submit your application through Super Priority Service. We will pay the application fee using the Debit Card of Aden & Co Solicitors Ltd when submitting your application through Super Priority Service.
