Welcome to Aden & Co Solicitors. Established since 2003 we are one of the leading immigration, asylum and human rights law experts in the UK
Our office is conveniently located on the Southall High Street (Located Opposite Southall Police Station).
We specialise in providing fast, friendly and reliable Immigration Advice in all areas of Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights as well as Emergency Removal, Deportation and Judicial Review Cases.
We are a category 1 firm of solicitors authorised by the Legal Aid Agency to provide free legal aid in Asylum and Human Rights Cases where a client is facing a risk of life or torture upon return to their country of origin (subject to eligibility). Please note that we cannot give legal aid where a client is in immigration detention.
We also offer professional Immigration Advice in all areas of Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights on a private paying basis (when a client is not eligible for free legal aid).
Our fees for your asylum, immigration and human rights cases are very reasonable and we can agree flexible payment terms with our clients depending on their circumstances and the nature of their case. So you can pay our fees in agreed weekly or monthly instalments. Please speak to our Immigration Solicitors about this when you discuss your case.
We are specialised to provide legal help in all areas of Immigration Law at all stages of an immigration case including all applications to the Home Office, appeals to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), applications to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and applications directly to the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), appeals to the Court of Appeal Civil Division, Judicial Review in High Court, applications to the Supreme Court of England and Wales on point of law, and applications to The European Court of Human Rights.

Complaints Procedure
Aden & Co Solicitors Limited are committed to provide high standard legal services to our clients. If during or after the conduct of your case you become dissatisfied with any of our legal services or have any other reason for complaint, please do not hesitate to raise this directly with us in writing, by telephone or in person. You should raise your complaint with Mr Abdirashid Mohamed who is an Immigration Supervisor and Principal Solicitor of the firm. Your complaint will be dealt with thoroughly, efficiently and as soon as possible by the firm’s internal complaints procedure. We have three stage complaints handling procedure whereby we acknowledge the receipt of your complaint, investigate the complaint and then respond to your complaint within 8 weeks of acknowledgement of your complaint.
Please note that our complaints procedure is meant to be used by the clients of the firm only. You may not be able to complain through this procedure until and unless we have provided legal services to you.
If, there is any aspect of our service that you are unhappy with and having made a complaint to us, you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you have the right to refer the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman whose details are as follows:

Normally you will need to refer the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your compliant.
The regulating body for Aden & Co Solicitors Limited is the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Though, the Legal Ombudsman deals with your complaints in regards to the legal services we provide and the fees for those services, the SRA handles all complaints in terms of conduct.
