- In the domain for which they were previously endorsed within the Global Talent route if their initial application was supported by an endorsement.
- Qualifying Period: The applicant must have completed the requisite qualifying period of either 3 or 5 years, depending on their circumstances.
- Continuous Residence Requirement: Adherence to the continuous residence requirement, as stipulated in Appendix Continuous Residence, is mandatory for all applicants.
- English Language Proficiency: Unless exempt, applicants must demonstrate English language skills at a minimum of level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in both speaking and listening. This requirement is outlined in Appendix English Language.
- Knowledge of Life in the UK: Compliance with the Knowledge of Life in the UK requirement is necessary, as specified in Appendix KOL UK.
