Mr Amir Masood is a Solicitor and Director of Aden & Co, Solicitors. He has over 20 years of experience in immigration, human rights and asylum. He qualified as an Advocate in Pakistan in 2002 and also enrolled as an Advocate High Court in Pakistan in 2008. Since May 2004 he has been working in Immigration field with particular expertise in asylum, immigration and human rights cases. He is a member of Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme of the Law Society and also holds a Degree in Masters of Law. He has been enrolled as a Solicitor since November 2014 and is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.
Mr Masood has experience of working as an Immigration Caseworker in Law firms undertaking legal aid and private work in immigration, nationality, asylum and human rights law.
He has vast experience of casework starting from initial applications to the Home Office up to appeals and applications for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal, Judicial Review Applications to the High Court and Upper Tribunal. He is particularly experienced in asylum and non-asylum immigration cases such as asylum applications, ILR applications, applications for extension of stay, applications for British citizenship, family reunion applications, applications for entry clearance and leave to remain in most categories. He has a broad and in depth reading, knowledge, understanding and experience of business immigration including point based scheme applications. His experience extends advocacy and representing the clients at the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration & Asylum Chambers.
