ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application
• A confirmed job offer to work for an approved UK scale-up business for a minimum of 6 months is required
• The job offer must be listed on the eligible occupations list specified by UK immigration authorities
• A ‘Certificate of Sponsorship’ from the employer, containing detailed information about the offered role in the UK
• The job must be at the required skill level (RQF 6 and equivalent – graduate level)
• The offered salary must be at least £36,300 per year or the ‘going rate’ for the occupation code, whichever is higher
• Proficiency in English language skills up to CEFR level B1 (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Financial capability to support oneself, either with a minimum fund of £1,270 or sponsorship from the UK employer

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS

DURATION OF STAY

Initially the visa isgranted for a period of 2 years. The worker is sponsored for the first 6 months, after which they can work for any employer. After 6 months, the worker can continue working for the original employer or switch jobs without requiring renewed sponsorship. Extensions and settlement options are available based on continuous lawful residence in the UK.
