DURATION OF STAY
Initially the visa isgranted for a period of 2 years. The worker is sponsored for the first 6 months, after which they can work for any employer. After 6 months, the worker can continue working for the original employer or switch jobs without requiring renewed sponsorship. Extensions and settlement options are available based on continuous lawful residence in the UK.
